There is some criminal activity that should not be a crime. But in general, every single human being must have a vocation or some kind of supporting rungs of a ladder.  To climb that
latter and build upward trust onto the foundation of the hierarchy of basic human needs.
To be sustainable day to day, working to acquire are our needs reliable to a choice of lifestyles of which is better or worse?

In the development of our modern society, we have fucked it up in the decisions and policies that one makes themselves observe human life from a child into an adult.
What is it to be adult respectful, responsible, reasonable, healthy and wise, is completely an annihilation of dignity and purpose.
Which made in our choices.

A person's mindset typically does not properly function without having a purpose of endeavor or a reason to continue living.

Many choose the dark side of life because the other side seems to have lost its focus.

Incarceration, for adults as well as children, does little but make people more criminal. Alas, so successful were the “progressive” reformers of the past two centuries that today we don't have a system designed for punishment. Certainly released prisoners need help with life—jobs, housing, health care—but what they don't need is a failed concept of “rehabilitation.” Prisons today have all but abandoned rehabilitative ideals—which isn't such a bad thing if one sees the notion as nothing more than paternalistic hogwash. All that is left is punishment, and we certainly could punish in a way that is much cheaper, honest, and even more humane. We could flog.

What we have here -- a real consideration of the cyber-connections and rational reasons that we need a penalty box of some kind. The concept that is being offered in this page upon my informational network is actually sound and with good mind - if only I would know reaching out into any kind of resources would be free of agency independent of gangstalking.  There is absolutely no way to start a process of networking for multiplex peace platform that I have envisioned for years, decades actually.     Management is hostile to the union represented staff. The organization only works with a narrow part of the community yet markets something different to look more comprehensive than it is. Much of upper management is threatened by change, is conflict avoidant to the point of dysfunction and is retaliatory when confronted. Often, people with poor skills are promoted to leadership and this creates frustration and a sense of unfairness highlighting backroom agreements meant to undermine. Morale is dreadful. In the past few years most staff have been fired, pressured to leave, or asked to work with compromised ethics. Gay, black, HIV+, and trans identified staff have been systematically marginalized. CAP treated HIV+ staff as second class citizens, ignored client request for change, and silences critics. If you go against CAP, even if justified, you will find it hard to work in the HIV community in Portland. The board is completely distant from the staff and the clients being served, and act condescending and unhelpful. You would think if 50% of the staff leave in a few months time, it might be a wake up call that there are big problems that can't be dismissed as "disgruntled" staff. Since CAP is the only game in town for HIV related needs, they have no checks and balances and no accountability when they injure the community they are claiming they serve.

    Advice to Management

    Stop displaying images and raising money through deception. Admit you do not serve the community at large and close your doors. CAP is not about HIV anymore, it's about retaining jobs and keeping people working at the expense of programing and directives that empower. If you want to be a LGBTQ health center then so be it, but do not pretend you are helping people living with HIV, because you are not. You are only focusing on addicts and the mentally ill. Also, an LGBTQ health group or HIV group with no gay or HIV+ leaders, or people of color managing direct services means you will be just like any other colonized public health care model that delivers incompetent care. There is a big problem when the public adores you and your clients and the community you claim to serve would rather go without then be at the mercy of a place they distrust and dislike.

    The dude needs a brain replacement!   I recently had a data hack crash of the file space for [ http://fuckeduphuman.net ] which of course cascaded into [ http://persons.fuckeduphuman.net ] for which it did with a bit of flare--- the hack was done the actual action that cleared the data was done by my own hand. This was because I was given DIRECTIVES from my ISP of MyDomain that I actually hold featured subscription host services as "UNLIMITED STORAGE" -- I first registered this space in June of 2005.  This has been the first major crash of the file data space.  They suggested that I clear some data or have my account removed for violation of the terms of service.  Anyway, I can not prove it -- but apparently, someone placed a hardlink to reference the folder that supports the ROOT of domain fuckeduphuman.net --- when I cleared these files by a DELETE command, it followed the hard link and cleared the out of direct path files.  I was definitely within the 6 day backup daily backup files available.  BUT OF COURSE, every backup available had these same files clear -- What a FUCKED UP HUMAN condition of intention.
