Reason for complaint was emailing the manager in an effort to realize the conspiracy of hate agenda that was occurring. MR Johnson is involved internally in these matters. He knows his gossiping guilt to conspire against tenants he hates. He hated on the tenant of unit #112 because the white tenant in unit #112 had blank visiting guests. The racism and hate conspiracy begins with Mr. Johnson. He should release his control over this property to another less corrupt, less intrusive, less noisy manager and neighbor. The filing of answer to eviction complaint was given facts of internal conspiracy events involving a bicycle that was abandoned property from May from an uninvited guest of another person who was there to create a disturbance --- vomit mess within the apartment. This bicycle was left over when the tenant drove this uninvited presence to the hospital. This bicycle was left over from these events and then in October was claimed to be a transferred property upon another tenant by its owner. How could that be possible? The court case filed answer is placed on twitter at: [ https://twitter.com/Gruwup/status/807111731562606592 with the tag #ConspiracyExposed ] The puppeteer of this conspiracy would not be revealed to the victim of this scheme until later in the following July. It was the Colorado Health Network's second in charge regional director that was named by this former resident of Chesney Kleinjohn Apartments on July 5th, 2017. When already created and sent to appropriate "so-called" responsible leadership case management in the community, the backdrop image of this now hacked business site's page [ https://denver-colorado-aids-project.business.site ].has published status by Google and will remain visible as shown. This is an embarrassment onto the entire LOCAL HIV COMMUNITY in DENVER COLORADO where the entire residence tenants are common clients of Colorado Health Network and Rocky Mountain Cares. Both agencies are involved in conspiring to eject tenant in unit #112 from his tenancy in an 11-month hate and harassment campaign that was documented in the real time of events. These documentations are available at community addresses #01 and #06. http://community.gruwup.net/01 and [ http://community.gruwup.net/06 ] --- That is all I have to report at this time. The reason to communicate to thier office was to get involved in stopping this hate agenda to which there was no ending torment onto the occupant tenant in unit #112 who did not disturb any other tenant in the building. NO OTHER COMPLAINTS WERE MADE BY OTHER TENANTS. IT WAS THE BUILDING MANAGERS RACISM THAT CAUSED THIS CONFLICT TO MANIFEST INTO THEIR SUCCESSFUL EVICTION. I don't care of this comment remains.... but it will be transferred to the care of Darrell Johnson providing the standard that neighbors should be able to email [ or electronically send messages ] into your care. God have mercy on the salvation of your soul. The Glassdoor Reviews for Colorado Health Network available direct URL: [ https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Colorado-Health-Network-Reviews-E1718672.htm ] -- The reporting "If you don't gossip like a teenager you will be an outsider" is involved in this report against the building manager's claim of separation of duty in the Local Denver HIV Community. Google approved the published status of the hacked business site reality page. I expect that neighbor.report also respects the validity of the data being reported here. If you have any questions or concerns about my openness to create such a report, have a facebook page to review --- [ Local HIV Community Leadership Denver Colorado USA : https://www.facebook.com/groups/267091670359848/ ] which I have invited everyone involved to participate including Darrell Johnson.

When I was moving to a new apartment in 2004, I was so happy about the relatively low price of the apartment. Who would have thought that my neighbors would be such a noisy family? That's when I got the idea that it would be nice to get to know your neighbors in advance. Property owners rarely tell the truth about the neighbors and neighborhood. We created this website to help American neighborhoods. With Neighbor Report you can:
Read neighbors' complaints and write your own reports! |
We all have good and bad neighbors. If you are lucky and you have good neighbors, tell them a few kind words: say thanks for helping you, praise their garden, lawn or house exterior. But if you had a bad experience with your neighbor, use our step-by-step guide to resolve your issues.
First of all, tell us about the problem with the neighbor. Please be polite and be specific as much as possible. Share your experience with other users. There's a chance that other neighbors had a similar problem.
It's quite possible that we have the neighbor's contact information in our database. In this case we can try to bring their attention to your issue.
Once you have written the report, it's necessary to convey your message to the addressee. The ideal situation would be to forward an abuse report directly to the neighbor. In this case you can avoid unnecessary third party involvement and phone calls. Your problem will be solved faster. There are 16 persons currently residing at this address. You can draw their attention to your concerns. If you believe that there is another one who lives at the same address, you can add his or her name and send notification to this person.
Sometimes it's better to discuss an issue with the nearest neighbors. An organized community can deal with any sort of problem, including emergency situations. Here is a list of people living nearby:
